Why is this network so important?

As women become more senior in their organisations, there is a higher risk of them either burning out or ‘opting out’ - sacrificing their careers because juggling it all in the way we are doing it is unsustainable. There are many many factors that underpin this and we have created this network to provide the scaffolding required for you to build a more sustainable, joyful and impactful career.

💥 Membership includes monthly online workshops, in person events and a one to one session every 6 months.

💥 With overarching themes of leading sustainable careers and avoiding burnout / The Great Resignation, we deep dive into topics that pose challenges in all settings of work and leadership.

💥 We’ll share theory, frameworks and practical tools, encourage pausing for self-reflection, and create space to voice your thoughts & ideas whilst building meaningful relationships with your peers.

💥 You will leave with tangible actions and implementation ideas to take back into your role.
