We combine 15 years as leaders in the corporate world with our natural gifts to coach, encourage and inspire women to unravel from their conditioning and start living, working and leading from a place that is true to them. So they can make a deep and meaningful impact within this world.

And at the heart of everything we do is JOY! Bringing a vibrant, playful energy to the big work is absolutely vital!

Laura & Katy started The Vibrancy Hub in 2017. Born from their experience with burnout, a disillusionment with ‘success’ in corporate environments and a real passion for inspiring a more joyful way for people to live their lives. They brought a yin & yang approach - Laura being a high energy, strategic, ex-accountant visionary, and Katy a grounded, compassionate, ex-marketing creative. 

Kenny joined TVH in an official capacity in January 2022, bringing learning & development experience as well as that down to earth proper northern pragmatism. This boosted the vision of the business towards supporting a new way of working and leading.

Over the years, we have coached hundreds of women, developed leadership programmes, hosted retreats, co-launched a 2 day festival, run engaging workshops, spoken at events, immersed ourselves in our own training and development, and really honed our offering. 

In the last 12 months, Laura and Kenny have focussed more on delivering refreshingly different support for businesses and leaders who crave more inclusive, cohesive and joyful workplaces, whilst Katy has been following her passion of guiding individuals to get to know their true self more deeply so that they can create the life they crave.

As our business evolves, we want to have a place where we can talk to our different audiences in a clear and supportive way and so moving forward this little corner of the internet will evolve to be a space where we talk to you about joyful business, career development and radiant leadership! We continue to work closely together, leveraging our uniqueness, utilising our combined knowledge and staying true to our shared intention to experience a working life that feels authentic and impactful to us.
